At SikhyaQ, we value the trust you place in us for your child’s education. Since our platform provides digital services (online quizzes and academic content), our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Users can stop using our services at any time.
- However, once a subscription or a specific test series is purchased, it cannot be cancelled for the active duration of that billing cycle.
- No cancellation requests are entertained for those products that the SikhyaQ marketing team has given on special occasions like festivals or limited-time offers.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Nature: Since our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed.
- Technical Errors: In the event of a double payment due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Service Non-Delivery: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical fault from our side (server downtime or platform error) that lasts for more than 48 hours, a pro-rata refund may be initiated upon request.
3. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund in case of technical errors, please email us at support@sikhyaq.online.
- Please include your Transaction ID, Registered Phone Number, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
4. Processing of Refunds
- All approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) used at the time of purchase.
- The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days.
