Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SikhyaQ, we value the trust you place in us for your child’s education. Since our platform provides digital services (online quizzes and academic content), our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can stop using our services at any time.
  • However, once a subscription or a specific test series is purchased, it cannot be cancelled for the active duration of that billing cycle.
  • No cancellation requests are entertained for those products that the SikhyaQ marketing team has given on special occasions like festivals or limited-time offers.

2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Nature: Since our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed.
  • Technical Errors: In the event of a double payment due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical fault from our side (server downtime or platform error) that lasts for more than 48 hours, a pro-rata refund may be initiated upon request.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund in case of technical errors, please email us at support@sikhyaq.online.
  • Please include your Transaction ID, Registered Phone Number, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) used at the time of purchase.
  • The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days.
